Pavel is extremely proud that his father served the USSR during the war in Afghanistan.  Upon honorable discharge from the army, his father went on to a noteworthy career with the police force of Sovetskaya Gavan.  Beginning as district police officer, he eventually was appointed police chief of the area.  He is retired now. His mother was a medical officer in the central district hospital.  She is a Veteran of Labor.

In 1987 Pavel Borovsky graduated from high school number 3 in Sovietskaya Gavan. In 1987 he went to vocational school № 68 of Moscow, where he studied for a degree as a mason-installer of steel and concrete structures. After being awarded his degree in 1989, he returned to begin a career in the Khabarovsk Region. He was employed in the  fishing industry of Sovetskaya Gavan. During this employment, he learned the trade of international maritime.  Additionally, Pavel Borovsky also worked as a production manager of toys in international charity center "Blago" of the Red Cross.

 In 1994 Mr. Borovsky decided to continue his education.  He returned to Moscow and enrolled in the Moscow Institute of Economics, department of Politics and Law. Upon graduation he returned to his hometown and began work as a senior investigator of the Prosecutor's Office in Sovetskaya Gavan.

 In 2002, Pavel Borovsky was appointed Deputy Attorney Genearal of Sovetskaya Gavan. During this period, he oversaw all investigations of the prosecutor's office, and  tax police. As part of his tenure, criminal proceeds were instituted for a number of instances of negligence and fraud.

 By 2004 Pavel Borovsky was promoted to a different region.  However, he turned down the promotion to remain working for his native town. He made a move to the commercial sector where he took over as head of the Legal Department in the company "Gavan Stroy Engineering."  In 2005, he became an entrepreneur with the creation of the auto venture  "Mobil."  The company is an ongoing concern and moves forward with confidence and a positive outlook on the future. 

Pavel Borovsky has always been loyal to his home town.  He is driven to work to the city’s benefit.  

 Mr. Borovsky has also built his family in Sovetskaya Gavan.  His family is completed by his wife  Natalia, a doctor specialized in dermatology and cosmetologist and their daughter Alice.  Alice is a student at the secondary school № 1 in Sovetskaya Gavan.

 In his personal time, Pavel enjoys music, fishing, hockey and skiing. 

 Responsibility and honesty, with self-discipline, have allowed Pavel Borovsky to succeed in public service and in business.
